According to the information I provided on the website https://www.stock-electrocars.com.ua/, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", I give consent to FOP Hahai Oleksandr Serhiiovych (hereinafter - the Enterprise) to process my personal data in card files and/or using the information and telecommunications system of the Enterprise employee database for the purpose of maintaining personnel records, preparing statistical, administrative and other information on personnel issues in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, as well as internal documents of the Enterprise on the implementation of rights and obligations defined by law in the field of labor relations and social protection.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — "Policy") applies to the terms and conditions of personal data processing that FOP Hahai Oleksandr Serhiiovych — the owner of https://stock-electrocars.com.ua/ (hereinafter — "Platform") may receive from individuals and legal entities using the Platform during its use, personal data based on the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law on Personal Data Protection.
